Coordinate & Manage the Wedding Ceremony

This package includes a Wedding Director on site to coordinate and manage the details of your wedding ceremony and ceremony rehearsal. There is one consultation meeting at the ceremony site to go through the details of the ceremony. 

The day of the wedding the Wedding Director will coordinate with the musicians, officiant, photographer, videographer, bridal party, and families to ensure that everyone is in place and ready.

Coordinate & Manage the Wedding Day Events

This package includes a Wedding Director on site to coordinate and manage the details of your day. This includes attending and directing your ceremony rehearsal, ceremony and reception. There are two consultation meetings; one initial meeting at the ceremony and/or reception site to go through the wedding plans and another meeting closer to the wedding day to provide the director with the vendor information and to develop a detailed timeline for the event. The Wedding Director will confirm all details and timeline with the vendors 1-2 weeks before the event. 

The day of the wedding, the Wedding Director will arrive early to ensure that the site(s) and vendors are set up accordingly. The Wedding Director will then direct the ceremony, coordinating with the musicians, officiant, photographer, videographer, bridal party and families, making sure that everyone is in place and ready. Coordinating with the vendors will continue through the reception, setting up the couple’s introduction, first dance, cake cutting and toast, bouquet and garter toss, and departure. 

The Wedding Director will ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly and as planned. Having a Wedding Director on your wedding day will allow you and your families to relax and enjoy this important and special day.

In addition to the Wedding Director Package, this package includes additional consultation meetings that you may use as see fit. These can be to assist you locating reputable vendors, meeting with the vendors, or designing your wedding day. 

Wedding & Event Planner

Plan, Coordinate, & Manage the Wedding Day Events

In addition to the Wedding Director Package, this package includes unlimited consultation meetings with you and/or your vendors. There is an initial consultation with the Wedding & Event Planner to go through the bride and groom’s vision of their wedding day. The Wedding & Event Planner will organize, design, and arrange the plans for your wedding day, creating an event that portrays the couple’s personality, setting the mood and ambience to fit their dreams.
